I’ve always loved to cook and to eat. When I’ve first started this blog , I wasn’t aware of the importance of an healthy food-style. Months after months I have started reading thing about nutrition and I have finally understood the meaning of “we are what we eat”, this couldn’t be more true, since we can play an active role in preventing many disease, feeling better and why not…look younger!
The biggest issue for me, will be not to eat sweets everyday, I am realizing how addicted I am. Anyway sometimes I will indulge my self into a very fat dessert 🙂
I will try to eat vegetables and fruit 5 a day and reduce as much as I can meat. Also I will have more fish, legumes and I’ll start eating whole grain instead of refines.
From now on this blog will be about sharing my attempts to change diet-style by cooking tasty, but healthy.
Also it is about me trying to improve my english 🙂
